"People come to me when they feel stuck, either in a relationship that isnt working or when they're struggling to rebuild after a breakup. My coaching is designed to give them both the emotional support and the practical tools they need to move forward. Whether its resolving conflict, improving communication, or finding the strength to start over after a divorce, I offer a tailored approach that meets them where they are, but also helps them get to where they want to be.
I use a combination of Counselling and Transformative Coaching skills that empowers clients to move from uncertainty to strength and purpose. I can provide support through online coaching programmes, workshops, and personalised one to one guidance."
